About me
My name is Amy, I am a passionate Kinesiologist and Human Design reader. I have a love and respect for helping clients overcome obstacles, release stress, decrease pain and make sense of their own narrative, to achieve their goals in a way that feels more fun, enjoyable, light and free.
With a background in Psychology, I had no idea what Kinesiology was previously. I had a session without really knowing anything about it. However, I fell in love with the way I felt both during and post a Kinesiology session. I experienced so many benefits that I knew I had to study and share this incredible profession with others.
I love working with the human body's anatomy, physiology and energetic field. It is all about creating balance with the body that is interconnected and talking to one another, including nutrition, physiology, emotional and mental aspects of wellbeing. Often these pillars are prioritised over one another, when they need to be connected and in balance.
My focus is to support you through this space and guide you in releasing these blockages and obstacles that are not serving you well, so you can create balance within yourself.
My personal style as a Practitioner is to work with your pace and what is in your best interest. Sessions are adapted to what you require and are comfortable with. I will provide a non judgemental space for you to explore what is going on for you and to be honest with yourself to achieve long term results. You are never alone in a Kinesiology session, we work together with what your body is communicating to help you create balance and achieve your goals.
